Some of the best things in life start in a kitchen.
For 32 years, I owned a restaurant on the banks of the Rogue River in Southern Oregon. Day after day, I found myself and my cooks reaching for the same handful of spices and herbs — a pinch of this, a shake of that — to get that perfect flavor we were after. After years of juggling a dozen containers, I thought: there has to be a better way.
So I set out to find it.
It took three years of experimenting, tweaking, and tasting — a little too much of this, not quite enough of that — before I finally got it just right. Goldilocks would have approved.
The blend became a staple in our kitchen, and before long, customers wanted to take it home. We started selling it right out of the diner, then shipping it to people who couldn't get enough. The demand kept growing, and I realized this little magic formula deserved a bigger stage.
So here we are. Mad Mac's Magic Stuff — born on the Rogue River, built for every kitchen.
Welcome to the magic. We think you're going to like it here. ✨
