Refund policy

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. All sales are final.

However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your Mad Mac's Magic Stuff order. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at madmacs500@outlook.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We will make it right with a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Cancellations may be requested within 24 hours of placing your order, provided it has not yet been fulfilled.
